in honor of the holiday, i'm submitting a new deviation- spooky and longer than usual! i tried to channel my inner Poe- i don't know if it's working. O WELL! happy halloween!


NonsenseJumbled little shards of mess, "What does it mean- or say?" This poem is full of nothingness. "What's it trying to portray?"Nonsense
It dips right here, splits over there, "Is this some type of game?" It's thick as love and thin as air! "So- random is its name?"
No simple way you can explain, "Exactly where's the plot?" You could say it's just insane! (Well sane it's certainly not!)
I'll never tell what it's about, "But I asked several times!" Even I can't figure out. "Well...at least this one rhymes."

Memoir IIThe kind reader might have noticed that in this entire recollection, I have spoken in terms of the past. This may cause them to ponder, 'Why, has this sad soul been freed of this ghastly fright since the time of this writing? O Heavens, blessed be their heart!'. I would hate to dampen these spirits any further; but no. My previous sickness has but been replaced, by one more dreadful and dreary than the last! It is marvelously difficult to explain in such mortal words, but to properly satiate the reader, I will try. A general anxiety has overtaken my view of everything.
